At Maccabi Tel Aviv, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your official club gear, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and was not a personalized product like a custom-printed jersey.

• 2.
  Fill Out the Return Form

  Complete the return form included in your original shipment or download it from our website to specify if you want a refund or an exchange.

• 3.
  Send the Package

  Ship your items back to the Maccabi Tel Aviv Official Store via registered mail or drop them off directly at our flagship store locations.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 7 business days.
